Login to Dawn Careers, Go to ‘Test’ and click ‘Create a Test’. To schedule a test, go to ‘CV/Resume’ then click on ‘Shortlisted Resume’. Select the candidate and send test invitation.
To schedule an interview for shortlisted candidate, go to shortlisted CV/Resume, select shortlisted candidate and send interview invitation.
